Are there any benefits for first-time customers?

Do you book international air tickets?

As a courtesy to our patrons, ee are happy to find and book international tickets to Nairobi, Kiliomanjaro, Arusha, or Dar-e-salaam. We use third-party travel sites to make these bookings (e.g expedia, kayak, etc.) and do not charge any commission over the published prices. However, cancellation policies for international air tickets are governed by individual airlines/travel agencies and outside of Epik Africa's control.

What is the trip cancellation policy with EPYK AFRICA?

We understand that travel plans have to change at times. We offer the most flexible cancellation policy in the industry.  The exact terms of the cancellation policy vary depending on the properties booked and they are provided at the time of booking. We strongly advise our customers to purchase travel insurance and help in every stage of mitigating the effects of changed travel plans to the best of our ability.
